Take Our Free SCA Prevention Training

California law mandates Sudden Cardiac Arrest Prevention training for school and community youth sports coaches, officials and administrators. This free training will:

• take just 20 minutes
• provide you with a downloadable certificate you can use as proof of compliance
• allow you to log back in to return to the training as often as needed (so register now!)
• help prepare you to protect your young hearts from the #1 killer of young athletes

Please share this training with your sports organization so everyone can be in compliance with state law.

Note to League Administrators: If you want a report of your team members completion status. Please create a unique code to share with your team (i.e. your school initials). Email us at executivedirector@epsavealife.org with the unique code and we can send you a report.

Note: to download your completion certificate you must complete on a computer.

• Coach fact sheets about new remove/return to play protocol for athletes who faint
• Parent/athlete SCA facts sheets that must be signed prior to participation (like concussion forms)
• Youth sports teams must have a cardiac emergency response plan with access to an automated external defibrillator (AED)
